What a great experience! I took my car in for its MOT last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly polite and explained the whole process step by step. They even pointed out a couple of minor issues that I wasn’t aware of but didn’t push me to fix them immediately. I felt like they genuinely cared about my safety rather than just making a sale. The waiting area was clean and offered a nice selection of magazines. The only small downside was the lack of parking spaces, which made it a bit tricky to find a spot initially. I had a very positive experience getting my MOT done here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. I can't recommend this place enough! I brought my car in for its MOT, and the friendly staff really made the difference. They were knowledgeable, and I appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The inspection was thorough, and even though I wasn’t expecting any issues, they found a couple of things that needed attention. What I really liked was their transparency; they laid out my options clearly without any pressure. The only thing I think could improve is the seating in the waiting area – it could use some more comfort, especially for longer waits. But overall, I was so pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism shown by everyone. I left feeling assured that my car was safe and sound. I’ll definitely be back for my next MOT!
